I have hard time in destructions depths. I hardly do the norn part(norn part isnt the biggest rpoblem) But the last part I usually get party wiped several times and whole party -60 dp. The consumable that removes dp for all party is very expensive(I can buy it but its just so expensive to to use everytime I max a book) My biggest problem is that I kill 2 mobs on sides but when I go to the other mobs on the left side WHOLE MOBS COME TO ME. And I just die.

I also take vocal minority in a gate too far. Tremors cant use tremor

Dont you think that nuke-ing / fastkilling on of the archers on the right side (near to the gate) and Using Necrotic Traversal will be easier & faster? ^^

This is my secret ninja "fly trick" to get above and go walking till the rez portal so my team will ress there without any doubt.

You just have to bring that skill and run :P. And your pals can use it too on the other archers hehe. There will be only 1 patrol that hit ya. The other ones have poor AI and will be waiting for u :to enter by the right side.

Maybe your pals could use "Recall" but I dunno if it will work in this case. NT works... I checked it in NM and HM. Shadow Stepping not.

It's not risky at all if you know how to do it. I've posted this a couple pages earlier but I'll say it again. The trick is to not activate the initial rez shrine by hugging the right wall at the start of the mission and making your way like that to the first siege devourer. If you do it right it works every time and you dont have to mangle your build to go x/N.

Is it possible to do destructions depths HM without getting party wiped. I am going crazy cause the last are is very hard. Whole map just comes attack me.

I'm not sure you can cap the shrine without aggroing them unless you're very very lucky.

However, the vaettir all spawn in groups of 4. Start by flagging the HnH right near the gate and crefully pull a single group. They take a bit of work to take down but as long as you manage to keep it down to taking a group at a time you should do alright. Try to at least daze or interrupt their ether feast, they have really high armor and when they heal it just makes the whole thing last longer.

Pull the 2-3 groups that are really close to the shrine and then cap it. You dont have to be right on it, just close to it. Watch your aggro bubble carefully, if one of the remaining vaettir wanders too close just back off the shrine a few moments.

As for builds to handle the original few pulls I dont have any for them... I solo them with my Ele but whenever I go in groups they're a pain to deal with.

Destruction's Depths in 19 minutes?

I have trouble believing that.

Here's a tip for Destruction's Depths...

I find it marginally harder than NM, and can be done easily enough just take your time.

When you get to the second bunch of Dryders right before you meet up with the norn.
Wait for them to scuttle off, sneak by 'em and go down to the Norn.
They'll usually take care of that group that comes down from that side for you... at least in my experience.

Then you only need to worry bout top and bottom of that main hill.

The last room seems easier if you take out (carefully) all the groups 'cept the disk first. Every time I've lost the party has been because of over-aggroing stuff in that room.

Destruction's Depths: Keep the Golems in Ranged mode to prevent excessive aggro. Edit: I pack Necrosis and Pain Inverter and one of my Sabway necros is Spoil Victor/Blood Ritual with Dom spells for added damage when fighting destroyers. Going Ursan also seems to speed things up although it sometimes results in more deaths.

Okay; so as of now, what're the currently fastest quests to do and still turn in a book in under an hour?

These are my times for doing missions with heroes and hench and include time taken to travel to a mission/dungeon (if applicable).

A Time for Heroes: 3 mins
Curse of the Nornbear: 9 mins
Assault on the Stronghold: 12 mins
Against the Charr: 11 mins
GOLEM: 10 mins
A Gate too far: 17 mins
Blood Washes Blood: 19 mins
Finding the Bloodstone: 17 mins
The Elusive Golemancer: 28 mins
Warband of Brothers: 42 mins
Destructions Depths: 32 mins

Total Time: 3 Hours 20 Minutes Points Per Minute = 150.

tekDragon reported a time of 3 Hours and 54 Minutes doing things at a casual pace with heroes and hench. Points Per Minute = 128.

Missmelady reported a time of 2 Hours and 24 Minutes doing missions with 3 people and 5 heroes. Points Per Minute = 208.

My times are based on trying to do things pretty fast. I also changed builds a little depending on the area and used PvE-only skills (usually Pain Inverter, Necrosis, and Summon Naga Shaman). I used heroes and hench the entire time and usually ran my variation of Sabway.

I tweaked builds depending on the mission and also ran Ursan on a few to keep from getting bored.

So, from those times, its slightly more profitable to just skip Elusive Golemancer, Warband of Brothers, and Destruction's Depths? Those three constitute 102 minutes, more than half of the total time, in return for half of the reputation.
