Your least fave prof to fight

I searched for a thread but didn't find one, so I apologize if it skipped over me.

Self-explanatory, when you're doing AB, PVP, PVE, whatever, what is your least favorite profession(s) to go up against?

Mine is the assassin. They're not bad in PVE except when they use Shadow Form but in PVP/AB, they're the ones that always bring me down. lol

Depends on what I play eh, but basically anyone would say stuff that shut's em down.

mesmer > monk.
air ele/anti melee hexer > melee.

Either an assassin or a mesmer.

Interrupts FTL.

I hate fighting mesmers, especially those damn rezzing lions.

so here's the edit: for PVE is Elementalist in HM ice imps especially *shudders*

PvP well, i think it would have to be mesmer... they are extremely irritating, and I can almost see them grin, i swear everytime they successfully interrupt you.

but its a 50/50 chance that you meet a good mesmer, cos sometime I can kill them too.

I love playing a mesmer in AB, and I hate facing assassins.... grrr, or perhaps other mesmers.

When you have Corrupt Enchant,Gaze of Contempt,Rend Enchant, & Rip Enchant all in a single bar and a person can still continue to throw chant after chant up just to use mystic regen... somethings wrong. You'll still find countless people here that will say theres nothing wrong with that skill though. Balance is a joke...You can tell Izzy doesnt AB & thats a real problem.
Hex degen is all but ruined with this many chants being thrown around. Has been for a long time... at least an assassin can roll over you in 3 seconds.

I hate fighting elems in PvE. Especially big packs in HM.

In PvE I'd probably say Necromancers that waste corspes so my MM can't make minions out of them, but really, nothing troubles me much in PvE.

In PvP, definately Mesmers. They were designed to be an annoyance .

Profession in general? Assassin. When they can drop a war in 6 seconds or less something is wrong.

Otherwise: all of them. They each have their specific strengths that can prove extremely useful in given situations. Ele: high source of dmg, snares, and crazy armor bonuses (Earth magic); Mesmer: insanely fast interrupt spells when comboed with Fast Casting; Monk: that's obvious enough; etc...

dedicated survival builds.

like stasis or life builds in MTG....but with no kill.

and I agree with the assassin being the most annoying AB profession.

I have to say rangers in PVP. Reason is because of their stances andthey just run away and start poisoning you and blinding you and interupting your self heals.. its so annoying.

For PVE... I'd have to say ele bosses 'cause they can dish out some serious dps and leave a party dead in no time flat if you aren't ready for it. (example being SF bosses)

rangers. they always throw up stances so that I can't hit them and build up adren, or I waste my charged skills missing on them

Necros and mesmers.

Alternatively, I love facing most warriors, eles, sins, rits, and paragons on my ranger. Fun times.

Rangers. Not any kind of rangers, but the kind that spam interrupts and get lucky when they hit a key skill. Those ones can go die in a fire.

I hate being against a spirit spammer.

Confirm. They can die in a car fire. They are bad enough to lose games for you if they are on your team in RA/TA, but lucky enough to screw you over when you have a good team by spamterrupting a key skill.

As an assassin player in AB, I hate fighting Rangers above all else. Tend to avoid them.
