In the past they've always been sent to people who made outstanding contributions to the community throughout the year as a thank you for making the game better, which is pretty cool if you ask me. Assuming they've continued in that vein, luck and randomness have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Congrats to the recipients, I haven't done a damn thing for the community myself.

And if it goes by people who've done good things for the community like last year, I could only assume Rahja would get one for the events he's hosted as well as the guys who devised the Rawr cup.

So what, your name didn't get picked out of a hat (that has probably a good million or so names in it) or you apparently didn't go enough good things for the community. Suck it up and move on.

I couldn't find one of the cards up for sell on ebay yet... seems people who received them are decent enough.

That makes a whole lot of cards to sign. Is it ACTUALLY signed?
