I've not farmed in a while there too, maybe since Nightfall came out. For kicks I went back there on my ele a couple of months ago, in Normal Mode. Got a Superior Fire Magic Rune, Superior Death Magic Rune and a Major Vigor Rune on my one and only pass 
If I recall correctly, no Paragon, Dervish, Ritualist or Assassin runes drop there, only the 6 core classes.
It's not that profitable anymore if you want to sell off your drops. Might be an ok farm though if you want to spec up your core-class heroes (needless to say, my above runes went to SF ele and MM heroes).
But like Valeria said, with insignias adding to the "probability to drop" mix, chances of getting good ones have been reduced. Might do that run for crafting materials instead.
