Panda mini pet in American district

just wanna se one outside of the taiwon/japanes districts please

I've seen a couple in LA and ToA recently...people are starting to show off a little more.

this shot was taken a few weeks ago in Kamadan, american dist (I am the warrior in front and she has never been to an international dist nor japanese one---you will have to trust me on that). They are not mine but it was rare to see 2 of them at the same time....so I took a quick shot-----

I was watching one day in kamadan, when 3 or 4 people had they're pandas out playing around. was pretty impressive.

What is so special about pandas? Are they rare or something?
