I want to help a guildie get there as fast as possible, so we can go grind for points -.-If I get him to the battledepths, and start the Destruction's Depths quest, will it get him to the CTC?
Or is there a faster way ?

just get ur lvl 20 player to eye of the north. Get all 3 primary quests from Ogden, Gwen, and Vekk for the Norn, Ebon Vanguard, and Asuran sides. Go to Eye of the north. Join a party that is doing Heart of the Shiverpeaks. Even though you do not have the quest you can still complete it with them. Upon completion you will be able to get Destruction Depths. After finishing destruction depths you will end up in Central Transfer Chamber.
Total Time from Kaineng, Lions Arch, or Kamadan to Central Transfer Chamber is 2.5hrs.

I think you might be wrong there.
I've had HoS groups find the gates to Battledepths CLOSED because someone hadn't done the quests to open them.
Unless you're saying that merely taking the primaries will open the door to Battledepths?...

It was possible to do that before, but I believe a patch a few weeks dealt with that issue.
