Pinky and...Vekk?

Well, I may be way off course here, but am I the only one who thinks that Vekk sounds like he's voiced by the same guy who did Brain in Pinky and the Brain?

Every time he talks I expect him to tell me that today we're gonna do the say thing we do every day...try to take over the world!

Thats because it is the guy from Pinky and the Brain.....made me laugh when I saw Vekk saying "Are you pondering what I'm pondering?" in the middle of a charr fight....
