Mutual Exclusion for Hero acqusitions?

cmon, it wasnt that hard to identify them. I got confused on that one, too. The problem with it is not knowing what the result of your decision will do (unless you read the wiki). Reason being, is up to that point, any quest that "stars" a hero (and going off to help protect someone would sound a lot like a quest), you always "tag along" in a sense. So, choosing Goren or Norgu could have two different results for each. One being you suggest one or the other, and join them in their "quest," the end result being they join your party. The other being what really happens - you send them off and the other joins your party.

It's a bit backwards and quite tricky. Though it doesn't matter a whole lot. You can go on to beat the game without a Mesmer or a second Warrior, and then pick up the one you missed out on there. But I think it's easy to see where one can end up choosing the wrong one.

All you have to do is read. Yeah, one would think. I guess I missed where it said "Choose Goren and you get Norgu as a hero." Oh wait, it didn't.

Look, you're selecting who is going to protect some girl. However, that could easily mean that you will be tagging along, too, and the hero you choose to go protect the girl is the hero you will get by helping with the "quest". There is no quest, of course, but there's no way to know that unless you read the results on wiki.

Obviously, once you mess up the first time, you learn and it's no longer a problem. The point is, you're still likely to mess up. The choices should read:

"Goren's strength makes him the clear choice. Midauha can do the thinking for him. Norgu can stay with us."

"Norgu will be great entertainment for Midauha and has a knack for getting out of trouble. Goren, you're with us."

first choice.- Goren's strength makes him the clear choice. Midauha can do the thinking for him.

second choice.- Norgu will be great entertainment for Midauha and has a knack for getting out of trouble. This entire text is the exact reason why it was nasty. You'd think the next followup section will be going with whomever you choose together, fight hordes of enemies and "bond" with that person; and then get him as a hero in the end after the protecting task is done.

Without screwing it up once (or read the wiki) there's nothing hinting it will turn out the exact opposite way.
