Need advice.

This has to do with my guild.
I ADORE my guild, and its players, and its leader. I'm a respected member and it would take a long time for me to get the same kind of respect i have here as in a new guild.
But every saturday night, i am acquainted with the weekly torture of GvG.
I LOVE pvp, especially organized stuff.
here, i think, between the build template on screen, and the discussion goin in the chat box, gets across the problem.





Btw the the template has the skills of the guy who is my guilds pvp "expert" and he was going into GvG with it.

So, should i change guilds? Because RA is getting old.

If you care about PvP, then yes. Speaking from personal experience, it's no fun being in a guild where everyone sucks so much at the game that you never want to play with them. Find a guild with people you enjoy playing with, you'll thank yourself in the end. Also, there's always a friends list to keep in touch with old guildies. No one will be that upset if you say something about leaving for a hardcore PvE/PvP/minipet guild, at least not if they're worth being friends with anyway.

If you want to PvP, then ditch them. If you want to enjoy the guild, then don't GvG with them. Or, you could leave the cool way, and tell them that they're all bad players and that you can't possibly remain in the guild with such scrubs. If you choose the latter, screens of the response plx :P

With the build it looks like the guild doesn't do to well. Most people don't play anything but w/mo, they should try other secondaries. But thats just me, im sure theirs alot of other gvg guilds that you can join.

Its not so much the fact that i dont think i'll ever find a new guild. I just like the people here.

You could always attempt to, ya know, teach them some of your expertise and knowledge. I've got a few friends that were like that for a while. I took it upon myself to guide them using my own knowledge. Know what? They're much better now. I find that a much better alternative to ditching my friends because they weren't good.

Ye. But thats a whole different animal. They THINK they are good. The wammo doesnt realize tanking in pvp sucks. The Iway guy just knows what Iway is and thinks if he can do it he must own. A mo/w using frenzy didnt understand what was wrong with it 30 minutes ago.

But, I mean, discuss. Bring those misconceptions out on the table. Don't just say "Hey, guy, tanking in PvP sucks", actually explain why it sucks, and don't let up until they understand. If you really respect them and their friendship, you will try to help them along and find out how to do it without hurting their pride. Otherwise, you're accepting defeat and left in a position like the one you're in now - ditch them, or put up with their ignorance? That shouldn't even be a decision you should have to make. Just help them.

I had same problem tried to explain why not put 15-16 in swordmanship instead of 9. Didn't really worked for me he must needed healing breeze and glads defence in his skillbar! I occasionally left the guild cause he wasn't the only one, and made me kind of tired. And i found out a warrior and dervish need to soak up damage in PvE?? Totally new for me, alot of people believe this i try to explain to go full damage and he got monks who can heal. But I get as answer : I know what to do, don't worry! Like everything is DoA ah well if you can't talk them over that w/mo build just is crap I suggest leave...

If you do find another guild to join, talk to your leader and explain why you are leaving.

Just was asked to help a sin with anew build. He had 7 attacks and signet of rejuvenation at 5 healing prayers.

But i think my guild leader might understand. I just dont know.
But most definetly i'm going to first lineup a guild and then leave.
