Boss minipets

This idea may have been suggested before but it just came to me as a pretty fun idea which is: In addition to each boss dropping their green there should also be as slim of a chance that they would drop a minipet version of themselves. It would make boss farming a little more fun since there will be two different thing you can aim for. ... anyway I thought it would be neat.

I think that would be waaay too many minis. Plus there are different bosses of the same race that essentially look identical anyway.

Eh, sounds cool, but Knightsaber makes a good point or two. Maybe only certain difficult/impossible to farm bosses drop minis so as to not flood the market and prevent multiple Warden caster minis (mesmer, rt version, etc).

how bout for a gift you get the ability to "sig cap" a bosses mini. that way you can choose who you get after you kill them. maybe make a special holiday around it or something. Then instead of the normal rurik you could get the undead version, or any other boss. we already have pig minis the flooded the market and it would be cool to see what people thought worthy of capping.

It would be fine as long as the drop as incredibly low, like 1 out of 10000 times you kill a boss of that type.

And 'green' ones should not drop that way.

This is a great Idea. The birthday gift thing could be re worked.

I used to get a mix of things like socks and cool gifts for christmas & birthdays.

Now I get gift cards.........
