The Faces of the Assasin.

Ok , made an Assasin today , god knows why because I hear theyre toughest to play , but I was looking at the faces to choose from (Fem sin) and found the choices really limiting , theres like 5 faces there from what i remember lol , 3 or 4 of them are fugly outright (what i call the wrong choices) and the one or 2 that are acceptable are a real plain imo.

Which is disappointing because theres plenty of good looking Japanese ppl isnt there. I just like to be proud of my character's appearance, and before armour or weapons or anything else , It always starts with the face.

Anyway I chose the one i thought best and went for it , *sigh* but I'd of liked it if there was more faces to choose fro ..really.

Make a male sin. Mine's face is pretty standard caucasian.

Well my friend has a male sin so I cant do that , because he has the same type of armour I want , and Im not really the type of player that just copys others now .

Wow you think armor is important? Maybe in Screenshot Exposition but this is the build section. I own you in my 1.5k nightstalker as hard as I'd own you in FoW. Armor only makes people think they're good.

There are only so many sets of armor in the game, so somebody has to "copy" somebody else at one point in time or another...

And you also sound like someone who cant afford it - I never said anything about "armour making me good" or what not , I said I like to be PROUD of my character's appearance , it does have some to do with players skill and effort more importantly because they are marks of prestige. I dont know about you but I would choose A (insert class) with fow armour and an impressive title to join my team, than a player with none of these. To ME it proves that theyve been around the block - as I have.

Also I am fully aware of how many armours there are in game , but my friend has a male sin in vabbian armour , he is male irl so that suits him fine as far as roleplaying goes , while I would prefer a female sin as it helps me in a similar way. I have played as a male characte before but the novelty wore off. The fact that im playing a sin in itself is a minus imo as far as motivation for returning to the character goes, And this would not just be for the playing style of the class , to me looks plays a big part as to whether I play a character much or not. However you look at it , me choosing a Male sin and giving him the same armour as my friend will come across as copying. And I got my pride


Ps - anorexic chicks have six pack abs since they train alot . Eating disorders are often combined with extreme exercise by said unfortunate individual.

Vabbian armour is the one suit where fem sins dont look ill imo. or maybe Ill is to strong a word - Unhealthy then.

The "you" I used was not used as in "You!", but as in a general sense, meaning that armor doesn't matter to be good or not.

Thanks God there is a ppl who make their build and they want share it because they are proud they found a build that is different.

@OP: Yes, female sins don't have many faces to choose from, but it's the same with all the Factions faces. They're all pretty ugly, except for the female monks, but there aren't many.

Female assassins are thin but have huge asses.

That's why I made a male one, which IMO looks cooler/

I agree that Vabbian makes them look less skinny, although i do not think there are few choices. I actually think they need only one choice because they all look the same to me ^^

Just mix the armor up. Basically all assassin armor can somewhat compliment each other. Except for exotic, thats pretty out there...

Whenever I look at a female sin, I think "wow, she'd snap your neck between her legs." Not a bad death, IMO...

Female sins have very nice armor options, tho, dunno what you're complaining about.

dont look at the lower part of the face, remember they can have cool looking masks :P just look for some sexy eyes or w/e

Yeah you can wear a mask , but having to wear one cos u think youre ugly is a bit well ,lame. lol

Not that I think my sin is ugly as i always choose the best faces , but the choices and quality are lower/ restricted , compared to new n fall chars for instance , which is a shame .

I stopped playing my warrior cause she had such an ugly face and haircut.. So whenever i make new chars i make them look good, and if i cant, then i dont make that char.. xD And man, i HATE ppl saying "Well you have a helmet anyway.." cause I know it, even if others dont xD

Personally, I never liked the female assassin looks at all. They look kinda androgenous if you know what I mean.

The female body models used for the elementalist/ritualist/necro etc aren't meant to be realistic. They accentuate and even exaggerate the dimorphic characteristics that guys typically find alluring in the female form (evidence, no doubt, that the designers were mostly heterosexual males designing for a mostly hetero male audience). Posture too deliberately accentuates these features:

(1) Large breasts
(2) Wasp waist
(3) Wide hips
(4) Tapered legs

In other words, the body is a very exaggerated hourglass. The assassin stands out from the crowd cause her body is the exact opposite

(1) Small breasts
(2) Normal waist
(3) Narrow hips
(4) Spindly legs

As a guy, and particularly as an adult American non-gay guy, I prefer looking at the hourglass figure. Va-va-voooom!!!

But my girl friend of many years, who played this game for only a couple months, constantly complained about how ridiculous the female character's bodies looked. When I showed her the assassin she loved it. Haha! Looks just like her.
