how often do heros cast spirits?

how often do heros cast spirits?

im thinking of having ranger secondarys on my heros and putting some usefull spirits like symbiosis for my dervish.

do the heros act like bosses and cast it whenever it is not up and they arn't moving? im asking about ranger spirits specificly because i beleive ritualist spirits would have a different ai stratergy. >_> i would hope so.

in my limited experience, they've automagically planted ranger spirits if

- the skill's availabe and they can meet the energy cost, and
- they aren't under the effect of that spirit already.

i don't believe they ever stop to perform an action if they're following you, so it'd probably be more accurate to add stopped/in range of you-or-their waypoint to that list as well...
