Warriors are always a safe bet, especially for green farming, which makes more money than bulk farming and also helps balance the prices of the green market. After all greens should always be more affordable than perfect golds.

Well they all had their time, i think monk wins prophecies with the 55hp build, and wins factions again with the 600hp build, nightfall is hard to say, i think eles make awesome farmers and runners thanks to storm djinns haste and stoneflesh aura.

My Monk (580-550HP) can deal pretty good damage while healing at a substantial rate. Just make sure your Healing Prayers are at 15 and you can let your Smiting Prayers hang around 12 or 13. I don't know many Monks that use my build (it uses Mantra of Inscription to reduce Signet smites), but I think it works.

Signet of Judgment, I find, is the best way to take down groups... However, I think by saying that, all the Cookie Cutter Elitists that troll this forum are about to flame that opinion.

I think that if you go for a classic 55HP Monk, you can farm well... I've never had one... But I hear they make huge profit.

Basically, if you want to make profit and be just like every other Elite player on this forum, go here and just copy and paste a build onto a character.

warriors in my opinion, in prophecies they farmed: perdiction rock(i still do it sometimes, bad drops tho), minotaurs, trolls, grawls, mursaat, avicara, grenth footprint(lambada ftw),uw,fow, mmm ettins.
factions: vermins,(the guys in nahpui),wardens,bosses,saltspray dragons+the turtles,kirins+mosses,yeti.
nightfall: hekets, the monkey guys lol,bosses,...im sure that there are others.

the only thing i dont like about farming with a warrior is that most of the time you are killing 1 by 1 so it takes longuer..but its fun.

I supose it depends on what time of prophecies your talking about it, warriors did well with rune farming from tengu, monks did well before prot bond was nerfed.

Then there was the chest in dreads before it was nerfed, i supose anything could farm that, but again warriors and 55hp monks had the easiest time getting there.

Well, I can farm almost anything on my ele... so that gives you an idea. For starters though, you can't go wrong with a warrior.

I could farm it all with my monk since prophecies and very fast too. First the 55 build, after that the 600 PB build and lately the SOA setup. In my opinion, monk is the best farming class. And it seems to be the chosen class for bot farmers or sweat shop farmers. That says enough. But one can farm with all classes, more or less effective.

I was being silly (because I can't spell facetious). But it's kind of true.

If you follow the status quo and make a Cookie Cutter build, you'll make A LOT of money. However, People in game and Elitists on this forum will flame you for doing so (even though 90% have a Cookie Cutter on their account, or have had one in the past).

If you make a new build by yourself, then you are told to "Learn2Play" and are called a "n00b". I've even been told by Elitists on Guru that my Monk is "undoubtedly" a Cookie Cutter build, even though they have no idea what my build is. Either way, the response you'll always receive is "STFU".

If you follow the former, then you're rich and shunned by the community.
If you follow the latter, then you're moderate/poor and shunned by the community.

I went with the latter, but I recommend the former. SoA Sliver is a favorite of mine that I actually once considered for Aeris, but only because the name sounds cool. :/

Try using what they have on Guru and Wiki first. Then make your own build after seeing what combinations work! The best way to achieve killing large groups of enemies and farming is:Understanding your opponent's strength/weaknesses. Understanding your opponent's skills. Understanding your strength/weaknesses. Understanding your skills. Understanding the geography of the landscape. Timing.
If you understand your build and your enemy enough, you can enter any battle and still last long enough to at least flee successfully. ^_^
