Does the blue screen have white font too?

If so, I used to have the same problem but it wouldn't happen when I opened up my inventory. It would just randomly restart my computer while playing GW. I believe that my cause was from over-heating since my exhaust fans used to blow right into the wall, so I moved my computer out and it started to reset not as much but still did it. I sent PlayNC reports and they sent replies back to me but nothing helped until I got a new computer case with a few more fans than my previous one and it stopped.

It does have a blue screen with white font .
But the over heating part
1. its a new computer but its a laptop
2. it only has a fan but isnt normally hot.
3. would it be afected playing in a warm rooom?

It sounds like a kind of a normal computer problem to me. Just try these: Update your video card's driver. Defragment your hard disk (start-all programs-system tools-defragment). Run adware/spyware program. How much do you got free space on your computer's hard disk? I'd check that, if there isnt atleast 10% of free space, it can cause your computer to collapse. If any of these didn't help, reinstall your operating system.

i had this happen when i was running gw on a laptop, i could sit in gh all good, but as soon as i click something it would reboot, it was because the laptop couldnt handle gw, i even had everything set on low and it still happened, so im guessing your comp/laptop isnt good enough to handle it...
