Lv 20 on starten island need prom points.

I got powerleveld to lvl 20 on my Nightfall char. Atm i need 150 more prom points to get further in the story.. But the scouts wont give me blessings anymore. They say im to high lvl. What now?? I already completed all quests!

Did you try the blessings in the southern east of the tutorial? I think some insect hunter blessing applies until you're sunspear general.

I bet you haven't explored around, you should do it and you'll find new priests with new rewards

It may sound pithy, but that's the just rewards of power-leveling.

As i said, try the Issnur Isles. It will be a grind and it will take some time but you're definitely not stuck forever as some griefers want to tell you.

Don't give him the "you shouldn't get a powerlevel" crap. Getting to level 20 before that is possible in more ways then powerleveling, and this is a bug. It'll get fixed, just wait a couple of days.

There are still areas where you can get blessings, Issnur Isles and Mehtani keys for example.

A scout in Mehtani keys will give you a blessing. And no swearing on these forums.
