Any tips, guys?
I did search guru about this mission but all that came up was a list of posts by professional mercenaries and their service rosters.
Ruins of Morah........

try wiki, but the way to do it is kill the clerics first, then varesh, then move to either your original spawn point or the other end of the area.....take the new nasteys a few at a time and finally varesh.....I tired this with my heros/henchies and was pwned pretty quickly into the second spawn....with a pug we were able to clear in 8:19 (just shy of masters).....hope this helps
Got expert first time i tried this mission, just killed clerics first time and on second time went back to original portal. Pick off the other groups then focus attention on Varesh.
When going back for my prot. title i done the same as above, but got lucky with the spawns and only aggroed varesh, plain sailing from there.
Done it in 3:48
BTW, this can be done with all hench/hero team.

If you run right across the arena after killing Dervish Varesh you will have about a minute grace time to get ready, and if you are looking into the middle from the opposite side you will see a huge rock..
Clear the enemies around there and flag your squishies to stay behind that rock, then attack Varesh in the middle and your squishies will have a big 6 foot thick shield.

Sometimes there's a bug with this mission where Varesh runs up to you right after it started, no need to kill clerics then. If she comes back she does it again, it's real easy like that. And, I suggest bringing Norgu if you have him and set him up with E-Drain, E-Burn, Empathy, and a few interrupts. It helps.

I friggin hate it when people come on here and say "This can be done easily with heroes and henchies". No offense, but this definitely depends on the mission and character class that you have. NF seems to be favoring the Necro a lot (or rather the necro elites are just out of control).
Anyone bringing in Spoils Victor is probably not going to have a problem with this. As somone who does not own Factions, and going through with a paragon, I had a very hard time completing masters for this even as a level 4 LB with human groups and heroes and henchies alike. It was not until I happened along a human group with a SV necro that I completed this under time.
This is NOT to say that this is the only way to do this, but it sure helps.
Couple of recommendations:
1. Use healing monks as Varesh rips all enchantments off a target with a single cast and a bonder will not be able to protect the tanks well.
2. bring an interrupter, it helps with the Torment mobs before you go into Veresh the second time.
3. A necro with SS, Spoils Victor, or a TAnk/Necro with Grenths Balance is EXTREMELY helpful.
4. I would use the far side after you kill varesh the first time (the one you don't spawn on). There is more room there. Also, you don't have to kill a few of the mobs with way as long as you are careful to pull Varesh Paragon away from them before you engage. There will be a point when she gets down to about 30% HP where she runs backwards about 5 steps - this happened EVERY time when I was trying to do this, and that was a lot of times... If you haven't pulled here far enough, your tanks will aggro the nasties and your run will end very quickly.
GL!!

Did it today in 3:50, and god it was easy when you know how to do it.
Go straight for the clerics at the start, kill them and after that go for Varesh. When she spawns all just attack at her like maniacs at the place where clerics stood. You should be alright if you do enough damage, you need only one monk.

Hero henched it, plant a flag right at the start as high as you can then just wait, Varesh will charge you and you can take her down (ignore the clerics).
Wait some more for the spawns and pull the one spawn group with Varesh to your henchies . Kill the spawns then kill Varesh. Was very easy ( 4-5mins) and i normaly hate timed missions because they suck.

Although I did it the regular "pull over to the other side and kill the spawns after you kill Varesh the first time" tactic to get through the first time, I went back to the mission to snag a master's reward for my Protector title the other day.
Well, I figured you know, I'd just kill her the second time ASAP before the mobs overwhelm us. Just dumb-mindless-slugfest-to-death with overwhelming firepower.
Well, it worked, and the mission was over in... I don't know, 3 minutes?
Killed, clerks, killed varesh, then positioned me and henchies in the center and waited for her to come back.
As soon as she popped, ignored all the torments coming from all sides, and focused fired on Varesh. She dropped, 3 of my henchies were dead, gg.
Wow, brawl over brains, for sure.

Another option is, kill the clerics, then dervish Varesh, then if you're with someone else (not just heroes as this method won't work), you or they and one monk start taking out the mob pops, while everyone else dogpiles Varesh. Did it this way with a guildie with my assassin. I went around cleaning up Varesh's friends with Tahlkora keeping me alive while my guildie on his paragon slaughtered her.

. I'll go in today and whoop Varesh's ass!
