so my question is does this build still work in UW or some other places to farm

Short answer - Yes.

I actually use your UW build, but without Guardian (never tried it). I carry Spirit Bond in it's place, for when you get those 2 interrupts against HB and you need the instant regen.

Um are you sure it works...I mean I know the mechanics still work but Spiteful Spirit has been nerfed the group your aggroing will run from it know.

if you don't pull groups bigger than 3(?) enemies they won't run away... it slows the run down, but yes, it still works...
