are these titles account base or character base? it going to take forever to get my 7 characters with those title

yeah i gotta imagine r6 is the highest. I thought is might be r5, since there are -5 damage mods. Someone will find out fairly soon though, it looks like.

I don't think there is a blessing cap on r5, no. But i can't confirm that.

if you guys dont mind, where do you farm LB pts? I've been working in the Alkali Pan just outside the warp from Shattered Ravines, Monoliths seem to be the easiest to farm.

Is there a better place, one where you can utilize worms perhaps?

Yeah the entire area with the wurms works very well. Just watch out for the desert wurm spawns, cause they suck!

i hope it lets you get huge LB rank, ill spend weeks getting to R15 and rock the 75% damage bonus, and solo me some demons.

Does the Lightbringer gaze work on the final bosses in the second last mission?

The Lightbringer title is earned in the same way as Sunspear points in the later parts of the game - via quest rewards and bounties from res shrines. For each rank in the title, you gain 1 damage reduction and 5% damage bonus against Abaddon's demons. If you're new to Elona, you don't have to worry about it at all, since you won't be dealing with demons until the later stages of the game.

And no, Lightbringer's Gaze doesn't work on the final bosses in Gates of Madness.
