Skill trainers

Can anyone point me in the right direction where to find the skill trainer on Factions i cant get the skills i want for my necro.

Cities that have a Skills guy:

Shang... City - where you start from

I think there is another guy in the city after the Monestary City Mission on that small island.

Kaneing Center

Maat Keep

House of Zu Heltzer

... Armory (Kurzick)

And one other Kurzick city that I can't remember the name of

Raisu Palace I think.

I don't know about Luxon Cities though.
