That armor is the default armor. No idea why they added wings.

That pic has been around for ages as the background of the main page on the GW site and has already been thoroughly discussed here on guru. I'd have to say none of the armors available to player characters will have wings on them. And other than that, that armor pictured is nothing special.

That armor looks too good to be FOW, so I'd say if anything its 15k.
