Skill Bug? (Reversal of Fortune)

I thought up an interesting combo earlier dualing Reversal of Fortune with Ether Prodigy. I figured casting RoF before Prodigy ends should negate any damage I take from the after effect of Prodigy. However, the damage dealt from Prodigy is ignored by RoF.

Since Reversal of Fortune's description says it negates any damage I "take", and Ether Prodigy says I "take" 2 damage for each point of energy..., shouldn't RoF negate this damage?

The description should say, "lose 2 points of health for each point of energy.."

it also hits through prot spirit. it is much like lifesteals: undefendable

Bad wording of the skill it should say "lose 2 health..."

As was mentioned it doesn't do damage it 'drains' life.

Some skill descriptions are a bit wrong so only way to find out the correct behaviour is experimenting.

Huh... Okay thanks. On a related note, just figured out also that Iron Mist/Pacifism doesn't work either. Apparently, taking 0 damage is still taking damage... so it cancels pacifism... It should say something more like: "Pacifism ends if your target is attacked."

As far as I know there is no counter to drains as such only to actual damage.

think of Ether Prodigy as you would Bloodspike, Prot Spirit etc does nothing, you can't block any of the damage.
