Am I the only 1 that likes Luxon armor?

Well....

When ever I ask people the question "who got better looking armor", most people will say Kurzicks. Well I like Luxon armor more than the Kurzick armor.

Are there any other people that likes Luxon armor more than the Kurzick armor?

I don't. There are very few pieces of Luxon that seem to even be ok, much less prefereable to the other pieces.

Luxon assassin isn't bad. Luxon warrior is nice, until you get to the helm. IIRC Luxon Rit isn't very different from Canthan Rit, so is a bit boring.

Kurzik tends to be mostly "cooler" looking.

Other than that...the ranger armor I'm kind of half and half on...but am too lazy to buy either xD

hmm i think both kurzick and luxon armor suck, nothing beats the prophecies armors (ele / warrior wise then)

Well, i have luxon 1.5k armor on my female ranger and i actually prefer it to any other female ranger armor in the game. Luxon necro armor is definitely better than kurzick, even though i prefer and have canthan 15k on my necro. Kurzick warrior armor is definitely better though.

Luxon male elementalist ascended armor is absolutely lovely. The rest aren't to my liking. Most of the female armors are too... ah... nonexistant for my tastes. (I like cool outfits!)

The Luxon warrior armor, minus the helmet, is kinda okay. But it looks like it's made of stone... the Kurzick warrior stuff looks like the real deal, hehe. Same reason why I like the platemail in Prophecies over Gladiator's. It's armor!

The female Luxon warrior armor is much nicer than the male b(his just looks doofus), but I quite like the female Kurzick look! The helms of both are plain fugly. My warrioress has Kurzick; my ranger has the Luxon altho she tends to mix and match sets for a more 'unique' factor.

The rest of the girls haven't made it that far yet, so I reserve judgement .

I go for looks but am luxon aligned...Assassin I love the Luxon 15k and bought it as soon as I hit Leviathon. I bought 1.5k luxon for my war, and end game for my ele, monk and necro :-)

The only thing I dislike about the Luxon war is the helm and since I never show it anyways just stuck with the cantha helm I already had.

My Warrior and Ritualist both have Luxon armor besides their Canthan/Prophecies/Exotic armor. My only Kurzick armor pieces are currently on my Ele (chest/gloves). The rest of my chars like their Prophecies armor.

It has raised some eyebrows on our Kurzick guild

15k Glads pwns every other armour and I will fight anyone who says different lol...but I like Kurzick better

It depends on the professions:
Ranger-Luxon, I got this one
Ele-Luxon-uea baby she looks hot
Rit-Luxon, sweet, but the exotic is my preferred in this one; can we say undercleavage
Warrior-Kurzik (minus the helmet), it really highlight the female but
Necro-Luxon. it just looks classier that the spikey look, femal also
Monk-male-Kurzik; female-luxon the male luxon, just doesn't look good
Sin-male-Kurzik; female-Luxon, for males I just hate the halter top look.
Mes-neither or both, I'm saving my mes for 3 and my brother is going for the 15k imperial in the divine path. Either way male or female it makes their legs look out of porportionaly fat. Although the Kurzik version does look better on the male.

i love my male rit's luxon 15k, except for the helm and sandals, i just used the plain blindfold for a headpiece and imperial boots, i believe.

Warrior- Kurzick. Armored Batman > turtle man
Ranger- even
Monk- Kurzick
Necro- Luxon by far, especially the mouth-covering bit on the 15k
Ele, Mesmer, Rit- all suck equally
Sin- both are equally inferior to Exotic

Here is my sin in 1.5k luxon, which i believe looks way better than 1.5k kurzicks, a net over done the details of all the kurzick assassins armor.

armor with overdone detail=ugly armor (except for 1.5k and 15k luxon warrior)

the bad side to this armor is every 1 in my guild calls me "bra man", they say the top looks like a bra

Don’t wear Kurzick armour as I do not want to be shot as a spy

I have 15k glads for warrior, 15k luxon for warrior, and i like the 15k luxon much better =D 1.5k Kurzick warrior sucks, too much flesh showing, IMHO..

I prefer canthan armor, because I want the armor to be slightly realistic and don't believe in the "the bigger & spikier the better" school of thought.

That said, whoever designed the kurzick armor to have a squirrel-shaped helmet (they live in a wood, geddit?) and the luxon to have a jellyfish-shaped helmet (they live on a sea, geddit?) should be executed for the crime of excessively overt blatantness in allusion.

Nah, just kidding, it's good to have choice. If people want to wear armor with spikes everywhere and a jellyfish helmet, I say more power to them!

it depends really cos some professions armour looks better in kurzick while others look better in luxons

they are all jsut a waste of plat so pick what -you- like and tell nay-sayers to bug off
