To OP:
To my knowledge (apart from going for greens and goldens) best for me is vermins. Also, shiroken are nice.
Vermins yield >2K (including selling to merchant, except vermin hides) per one-way run. No goldens though, only white and blue and accidently a purple or a green from that boss (is worthless cuz overfarmed, you cant sell it).
Shiroken yield: I forgot. Didnt do that too often, but am going for it tonight! Let you know what it yields...
