Armor Dissapearing???

Something weird happened to my monk. A couple days ago, I played on my monk and I had a full armor equiped. Right before I logged off my monk, I put on my dragon mask from the dragon festival. Today I went on my monk and my head armor is GONE!!! I checked all my bags in my monks inventory and my storage, and it still wasn't there. I had all my other armor and I still had my dragon mask equiped, but my head armor just seemed to have dissapeared!
Has this happened to anyone else and if so, is there anyway to fix it?

BTW, I doubt someone logged onto my monk, or any of my other characters, because my head armor was the only thing missing, and I doubt someone would log onto my account just to take something that is customized when they can take something more usefull, like my money or something.

Oh, and if there is already a thread about this, I did use the search, but I didn't see the thread.

Is it possible that you accidentally sold your head armor to the merchant after you took it off?

No, because I changed to my dragon mask, and then logged off my monk right away after. I didn't go to any npc's, or even walk anywhere after I equiped my dragon mask.

I seem to have misplaced my monks' one scalp tattoo as well. I was sure it was in his inventory but it just wasn't there when I rushed to get my 55 build set for a quick UW run last night.

Not a big issue though since I wanted a nice scalp tat for my 55 set and now have one. 15k Kurzick looks really nice with the rest and the stats worked out better too

Generally when I think something has disappeared, I discover it later, or I sold it without realising. Probably because I play when tired too much.
